Refund Policy

All sales are final
All Gate Doctor license purchases are final and non-refundable. Every Discord server receives a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature of the Service before any payment is required. This gives you ample opportunity to confirm the bot works for your community before you decide to purchase a license.
Why no refunds
Licenses are digital goods delivered immediately on purchase. Because you can fully evaluate the Service during the free trial period — with no credit card required — we do not offer refunds once a license has been purchased and delivered.
Legally-mandated exceptions
Where consumer-protection law requires it (for example, certain statutory rights for consumers in the EU and UK), we will honor refund obligations as required by that law. To request a legally-mandated refund, please contact us via our contact page and include your Paddle order ID and the Discord server ID the license was issued for.
Billing issues
Payments are processed by our reseller of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. For duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or invoice corrections, you can contact Paddle directly using the link on your purchase receipt, or email us and we will help coordinate.
